Charlotte Marie Payne Tigney, 68, of Berryville, died June 23. Friends may call Sunday, June 29, 7-9 p.m. at Enders and Shirley Funeral Home in Berryville. The funeral service will be June 30 at 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
